Follow along step by step to complete the exercise at your own pace.

  1. Listen to the beat and notice how dry and close everything sounds.

  2. Add a reverb preset to the Chords and adjust the dry/wet, size, and decay.

  3. Add a delay preset to the Chords and adjust the time, feedback, dry/wet, and ping-pong settings.

  4. Add a reverb preset to the Arp and adjust the dry/wet, size, and decay.

  5. Add a delay preset to the Arp and adjust the time, feedback, dry/wet, and ping-pong settings.

  6. Pan the Chords and Arp so they aren’t sitting on top of each other in the stereo field.

  7. Continue experimenting with your reverb and delay presets if you don’t like the first ones you try.

  8. Save your work! Cmd+S (Mac) / Ctrl+S (Windows)
