Reflection: Craftsmanship

Reflect on how you'll develop your style, dedication, and workflow as a producer.

There are three key components to the practice of craftsmanship in music making:

  1. Style

    • Attention to Detail

    • Technique

  2. Dedication

    • Consistency

    • Conditioning

  3. Workflow

    • Intention

Your music production tool belt is full after completing all of the exercises and projects in the curriculum so far. From here, you’ll need to practice close attention to detail and employ various techniques to define your own style. You’ll need to be consistent in your conditioning to keep the knife sharp — it’s best to make music everyday! And you’ll need to further refine your workflows to get where you want to go as a producer.

Please put a plan together for how you will develop your craftsmanship.
