Write a bassline in C Major beneath the melody and chords from Assignments 1 and 2.

Assignment

Directions:

Write a bassline under your melody and chord progression from Assignments 1 and 2. Your bassline must include:

  • A mix of long and short notes (such as half notes, quarter notes, eighth notes, and sixteenth notes)

  • Multiple notes from each chord rather than only the root notes
