Going Deeper: Chords Feature

As we’ve seen in the Fundamentals of Harmony unit, chord progressions have the power to unlock emotions in your listeners, but they’re difficult to write! You will need to write many, many songs before you have full command over the theory and implementation of harmony. But you’re lucky -  you’re learning how to do this in the 2020’s! 

The Chords feature in Soundtrap helps generate chords in a variety of styles and rhythms. It’s important to note that, like the Generate feature in the Patterns Beatmaker, it’s always a good idea to edit and adjust the chords it produces.
