Music Production 1 started with a questionnaire probing students’ musical identities. At this point, they should have a good sense of what kind of music they like. Our Artist Statement Questionnaire asks students to take their musical identity to the next level, solidifying their stance as an artist.

Artist Statement Sharing Session
After students complete the Artist Statement Questionnaire, you will lead the class in a group sharing session where each student reads what they wrote. Be sure that each student is greeted with applause after they read their statement. You and other students can then ask respectful questions.
