As the capstone mentor, one of your main responsibilities is keeping students accountable and on pace to meet their goals. The Capstone Check-Ins we pepper throughout the curriculum will give you opportunities to assess your students’ progress and get them back on track if needed.
Check-Ins are always going to be better as face to face conversations, though reviewing out a form filled out by your student will suffice. The more communication between you and your students the better as they create their Capstone Projects.
